In Medical Motherhood’s second year, we will add Lenore Eklund’s whimsical artwork on the stark realities of medical motherhood as a monthly editorial cartoon. (You can read about Eklund’s stunning “NICU fairytale” graphic novel Release on this post from last October.)

It is so exciting to have a visual vehicle for expressing these truths. I hope you enjoy “Where is the Manual for This!?” cartoons as much as I do!
